From the first time I took a picture there was something about the image that captivated me. Since that moment I've been wondering what it is exactly that captivated me. It was The Es·sence:
The intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract, that determines its character: the property or set of properties that make an entity or substance what it fundamentally is
I love being creative & photography gives me that Unique Expression.

I was born & raised in Waco, Texas.

I actually started with a film camera when I was about 12 years old using Kodak film. We took a trip to Disney World so I wanted to capture some moments.

I didn't get serious about photography until a few years ago. I wanted to take a trip to Olympic National Park & wanted a camera that could capture the real beauty of the scenery. So I bought a Fuji XT-2.
